Place the facing assembly on top of the bottom of the vest, right sides facing and matching seam lines.
Sew the facing assembly to the bottom of the vest.
Turn the facings under and press upward.
Understitch the seam allowance to the facing assembly ⅛" from the bottom of the vest.
